Military Experience

Senior Medical Treatment Non-Commissioned Officer
-
Personally trained new medics in standard and advanced clinical procedures.

Primary instructor for over 30 classes of Combat Lifesaver with more than 400 students.

Trained and led a Chemical Warfare Decontamination Team (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives) comprised of 25 personnel of differing military specialties.

Responsibilities included staffing a 24-hour medical clinic at Camp Walker, Korea.

Facilitating medical treatment for American Service members and Dependents with local national medical facilities.
Senior Medic

Supervised and trained five medics to provide Advanced Point-of-Injury medical intervention and evacuations over two years, resulting in 20 successful medical evacuation missions.

Conducted 40 Combat Lifesaver classes with 300 students.

Developed and implemented basic and advanced medical training for the police and military units in Iraq and Afghanistan.
