Military Experience

​

Senior Medical Treatment Non-Commissioned Officer

• Personally trained new medics in standard and advanced clinical procedures.

• Primary instructor for over 30 classes of Combat Lifesaver with more than 400 students.

• Trained and led a Chemical Warfare Decontamination Team (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives) comprised of 25 personnel of differing military specialties. 

• Responsibilities included staffing a 24-hour medical clinic at Camp Walker, Korea.

• Facilitating medical treatment for American Service members and Dependents with local national medical facilities.

 

Senior Medic

• Supervised and trained five medics to provide Advanced Point-of-Injury medical intervention and evacuations over two years, resulting in 20 successful medical evacuation missions.

• Conducted 40 Combat Lifesaver classes with 300 students.

• Developed and implemented basic and advanced medical training for the police and military units in Iraq and Afghanistan.

• Conducted medical training and drills for NATO Contractors in Afghanistan.
